> Early pickup of student is allowed for emergencies and medical appointments. Parents must submit a gate pass.
> A gate pass is a form to be accomplished by the parent/guardian in the event that the student is to be fetched earlier than the scheduled dismissal time.
> It must be signed by both the parent/guardian and the class adviser before it will be submitted to the VP office for approval. All gate pass shall be submitted at least one day advance of the requested early exit of the student.
> A party pass is a form to be accomplished by the parent/guardian, and to be acknowledged by the class adviser.
> The party pass shall be submitted for approval at least 2 days before the scheduled event. As much as possible, food for the party should be sourced from the school canteen to ensure quality and safety.
> Mascots are not allowed, only simple celebration will do.
